Childhood is a precious time when the building blocks for life are laid, and Crannóg Na Leanaí Kindergarten offers children a chance to develop in an unhurried environment.
In our kindergarten children between the ages of 2.5 and 6 grow in a secure and caring environment surrounded by high quality natural toys and materials. The simple unfinished toy inspires the imagination and fantasy, which creates skills for adult life. Through the activities and play in the kindergarten the children develop both physically and socially.

Facilities
Crannóg na Leanaí is situated close to Ballymoney, less than ten minutes drive from Gorey. It is in a beautiful natural setting.
Inside the Kindergarten, many of the materials are handcrafted. There are cloaks, crowns and silks for dressing up. A child size kitchen is set up in one area, wooden castles in another. There is a flock of woolly wooden sheep which children love to care for.
Outdoors, the garden was designed for pre-school play. There are slopes for rolling down, a house, trees for hiding among and an outdoor shelter. Vegetables are grown in raised beds and flowers come and go with the seasons.
